Fees

Fees are to be paid in full by the ‘payment due date’ on the invoice.
Late payments will incur a £10.00 administration fee.

A term may vary between 10 – 13 weeks.
Payment is due for students missing class(s) due to either holidays or illness.

A written term’s notice or the term’s fees in full, is a requirement in the event of withdrawal of any pupil from any class.
New students to A2 Arts must give notice by half term if they plan to terminate lessons following their 1st term.
Notice will be confirmed by A2 Arts in writing.

Very rarely A2 Arts must cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control. If a class is cancelled by us we will aim to rearrange it at an alternative time, if this is not possible a full refund will be given.

Lessons will vary in length depending on age, ability and syllabus content:
Half hour lessons - £5.50
40/45 minute lessons - £6.00
One hour lessons - £6.50
Registration Fee - £10.00

10% discount will be offered for students taking 3 or more classes, providing that the previous term fees are paid in full by the due date. Discount will not be offered for the initial term that a child starts at the academy taking 3 or more disciplines.

50% discount offered to third child in family attending classes

Late payment will forfeit any discounts shown above and an administration fee of £10.00 will be incurred

Private lessons:
With qualified teacher: £25.00 per hour + £5.00 studio hire fee.
Student teacher: £15.00 per hour + £5.00 studio hire fee.
In the case of a duet/trio etc. this cost will be split equally between the number of pupils taking part.


Studio Private Hire:
£5.00 per hour - registered students
£15.00 per hour - non-registered students
