Helen began dancing at just four years old and was already performing professionally by the age of eight, appearing in pantomimes and touring ballet productions. Her early passion, talent, and dedication laid the foundation for a lifelong career in dance and performance.

She went on to train at the prestigious Performers College, where she was awarded a three-year scholarship, gaining her professional diploma and ISTD teaching qualifications. During her training, Helen had the opportunity to perform in major live events and television productions across London, further elevating her versatility and performance energy.

After graduating, Helen built an extensive international career as a dancer and choreographer, performing across the UK and worldwide. Her professional credits include concert tours, London’s West End, theatre productions, music videos, and television commercials.

In 2007, Helen founded the award-winning Vision Dance Co, a creative production company specialising in bespoke entertainment and large-scale production shows for high-profile corporate events. Vision Dance Co has since produced dynamic, innovative performances throughout the UK, Europe, and internationally, earning a strong reputation for excellence, creativity, and professionalism.

Alongside running Vision Dance Co, Helen has been a highly sought-after freelance dance teacher and choreographer for over 28 years. She has taught at leading performing arts schools and colleges including Performers College, Bird College, The BRIT School, Danceworks, and Reynolds, among many others. Her broad industry experience allows her to work confidently with students of all ages and abilities, from young beginners to aspiring and established professionals.

Helen is known for her creative, energetic, and motivational teaching style. She brings positivity, passion, and focus into every class, inspiring students to reach their full potential. With a strong belief in nurturing both technical excellence and individual artistry, Helen supports her students in developing confidence, creativity, and performance skills, empowering them to pursue their ambitions and build successful careers within the dance and theatre industry.
